I bought this for my husband because his back muscles are tight from his computer work as an IT manager. He uses it every night in the chair to relax and has experienced significant pain relief. Because the muscles aren't as tight, he doesn't need to see the chiropractor as often. We believe this will pay off in about 9 months and will help prevent more serious back problems (which he has had in the past from muscle spasms). I recommend this full body over the smaller if you're using it anywhere other than your car or work chair. We're thinking of putting a second one under the mattress topper on the bed. It's summer now so he hasn't used the heating function but I'm sure he will when the weather turns cold again. Good product.
