Like many others, I came across the solution after replacing my 36" Sony HDTV (circa 2005) recently found death. This very heavy television was found. in a large corner above our fireplace in our common room. As part of building a new house, I asked our builder to make a custom corner for this TV. Back then, LCDs were only available in large formats and they were very expensive. Problem I'm bumping into what to do with a new TV. The corner was too small to accommodate flat screens much larger than 36 inches. We wanted 55 or 60 inches. I figured our only option would be to hire a carpenter to frame the hole, install drywall, and paint. A google search led me to this fantastic product. It works exactly as described and I installed it. There is a video on YouTube showing the installation and you really only need a few simple tools to do it. We now have a 60 inch HD LCD TV that completely wraps around the corner and is much better for family room viewing than the old 35mm TV. The bracket is very strong, and as long as you can control the drill and level, you can install it quickly and efficiently.
