Downspouts stopped due to clogging but my problems got worse.
I have a lot of maples that are shedding a lot of leaves and seeds. Due to the drain tile recently installed, I wanted to make sure the tile itself wasn't clogged. YOU DID YOUR TASK TO STOP IT. However, I probably had to clean the gutters every two weeks as the leaves and seeds would clog them up fairly quickly and then overflow my gutters with any moderate to heavy rain. Replaced it with a steel mesh cover over the gutter within a year and was MUCH happier. (However, steel mesh covers are significantly more expensive and much more difficult to install).
