Review on ECOGARD XC36115 Cabin Air Filter: Premium Fit for Subaru Forester 2009-2018, Impreza 2008-2016, XV Crosstrek 2013-2015, Crosstrek 2016-2017, WRX 2012-2019, WRX STI 2014-2019 by Hunter Feerey

After personally making some YouTube videos I figured DIY projects for my car would save me a lot of money because Subaru was going to charge me about $50 to replace it and the filter was about $20! Auto parts store and bought an aftermarket and replaced it very easily for less than $20! Fast forward to purchasing this filter, I read that the filter mesh is thicker than a bunch of other aftermarket stuff. Not remembering what brand I bought from Autozone, I compared the filter mesh and found that it is actually thicker than what I had previously bought! I hope this reduces pollen circulating in my car! :) Finally, the instructions on the box say it will take about 10 minutes, but for my 2013 Subaru Impreza it took 3 minutes including mesh comparison. Piece of the cake!
