Review on 🥕 Efficient Multicolored Swiss Vegetable Julienne Y Peelers by Fox Run - 5 x 2.5 x 0.5 inches by Scott Maddocks

I'm pretty much stuck in my journey, but from time to time I'm introduced to a product that I think is better than what I'm used to. These Y peelers are a great example. It has always been a challenge for me to remove the skin from softer fruits like peaches with a regular potato peeler or paring knife. It's a whole different experience to use the Y peeler for a straight edge. He didn't bite into the pulp of the peach and came off the skin easily and gently. Note that this didn't happen right away, it's a bit of trial and error like it always happens when I use another tool. Once I got the hang of it I played around with other blades using cucumber, carrot and tomato. I like cucumber and carrot slices, but I went back to peeling a tomato. I would recommend them to any cook, with the caveat that they work differently and require at least a few minutes of trial and error.
