Nice bell with an excellent clear sound. I had to ask for a replacement as the striker felt 1 week after purchase. The replacement came promptly at no additional cost. And I discovered 2 things.1. The second call sounded much better than the first.2. The second bell spring is also thinner and softer in action. I have to say that the first call was a bit disappointing. I heard this call at a bike shop and the sound was different. Everything changed when I got a replacement, so my advice is to call back if you're unhappy with the sound and give it a second chance.
