Review on ARTSCAPE Etched Glass Window Film 24x36 - Enhancing Privacy & Elegance, 24-by-36-Inch by Andrea Olson

The quality has deteriorated in 4 years! I would be curious how cheap and transparent this product has become in new production batches! I originally bought this in 2015 to use on the outside of a 10g tank to hide the wires and not see the wooden shelf behind. I would still use this tank now, but a chipped corner made catastrophic failure inevitable when refilled with water. So I naively decided to open my Amazon order history and "just buy the same window glaze again" because "hey, I thought that was good before, shouldn't it still be good?" WRONG! Applied to a new cymbal and set on the same shelf where the old one stood. I knew something was wrong - I could see the bloody texture of the wood! I took another frosted tank from storage and compared - same light, same location, very different levels of opacity. If I'll put a piece of the remaining glaze behind the new frosted glass, it will still be weaker than the 2015 version!
