Build ordered I've been working on since Saturday. They should have gone with 3rd gen Ryzen chips right away. mail time. Switched RAM to a lower frequency, from 3200 to 2666, no dice, changed 3 power supplies to see if the power supply is bad, no dice, switched from 3rd gen chips to 2nd gen chips, no dice, first Gen tried, no dice. So I found it was the PCB, requested a replacement, came in two days later (before this check today), replaced the old one with a spare, same symptoms as the first PCB. Frustrated so I used an Asus model x570 board which I saved for a later build. Added the 3rd gen chip and RAM and used the PSU I originally intended to use. Motherboard sent out and I was able to enter the bios on my test bench. Returned both the replacement and original board for my refund.
