Customer Service and 5 Star Replacement
UPDATE: I should have contacted customer service before leaving a review but I didn't and I'm sorry. Teresa from govee contacted me and sent me beautiful replacement pieces. They've been here for two days and they're absolutely perfect. I will update again when I install them. Thanks Govee for the right solution! I bought two of these. One, late 6 feet or so, won't even turn on. The second order of the 10 foot tail is a very different color. I work under cabinets and ladders so it looks silly when 1/3 is a different color and the 3rd doesn't show up at all. Aggravating.
