Installs in under 20 minutes. Whistle NO. I already have a K&N air filter system, stage 1 jet chip and Flowmaster exhaust installed on my 2013 ram. I really didn't care how many mpg I get. The air temperature was below freezing at the time of installation, so I won't get the full benefit for several months. It's interesting to note that I'm not seeing any claimed horsepower or torque gains, unlike the three products I've already installed.
