Don't stand alone
Bought these for our newly soiled garden for a Halloween party. Luckily the ground was soft and I could just stick them deep in the dirt to make them stay. They are VERY weak and the "stands" they provide do nothing. Can't stand rain and wind. Because I could stick them in soft dirt, they worked. You'll likely need a strong metal stick or pole to get into harder ground. When you use them indoors for decoration, you can just lean them against the wall or stick tape on the back. Light.
