As a DC buck converter they work very well. The potentiometer on them is extremely sensitive and just as fragile. The first package I received was a sealed static package with no module. The seller offered a replacement set so I agreed and it arrived fairly quickly which impressed me. The second set had a slightly different problem. One of the SMD resistors was installed on one side on the corner of the potentiometer, not connected to the corresponding point like the others. A bit low on the QA scale, but when they work, they work pretty well and are reliable. The MP1584EN regulator is my favorite so it's pretty decent. The overall quality could have been better if the potentiometer hadn't broken easily and the SMD parts were soldered in the right places, just better overall QA overall.
