There are other fish in the sea - BEWARE OR YOU MAY GET MESH

I have already reviewed this product in the past but after yesterday I have to write one more. Let me explain! I've bought several of these over the years. I rarely get flats, but when I WANT an INFLATOR I CAN TRUST, and they fail me every time, so I fired Portland Design and went with another brand that has stood the test of time. Over time, these inflators can rust in the saddlebag. Mine sat in my saddlebag for about a year before it was needed and when the time came it failed. I bought another one and when it came time to use it it didn't work. Bought third party. FAILED! During this time I recommended this product to my daughter. She bought one and it stayed in her saddlebag until last night when we were together and she had an apartment. BIG MISTAKE! We used the inflator I currently have (not available from Revain. I bought it from a local bike shop, make or model unknown) and it worked perfectly. My current CO2 inflator has been in my bag for over a year now. GOODBYE TO PORTLAND DESIGN and the uncertainty that comes with your product. I RECOMMEND USING THE INFLATOR THAT HAS THE FEW MOVING PARTS. There is nothing that can be opened and closed with screws, although this function controls the inflation rate perfectly, but if it doesn't work, does it matter?
