I pit stain so hard its crazy. Really, its mostly the aluminum in my deodorant. That's actually what stains my shirts. I bought these so that I wouldn't get my nasty armpits all over a really expensive (and sleeved) gown. They work like wonders even though they're a bit challenging to put on. Make sure you straighten them out into the armpit of the garment after you put it on. They are basically armpit panty-liners. Pro-tip: If you leave these accidentally at home when you needed them *actual* panty liners in the pits of your garment really will work.
