Review on TARTE Colored Undereye Corrector MEDIUM by Bill Ramani

I work the night shift and have horrible allergies which are giving TERRIBLE dark circles under my eyes. This product turned out to be a waste of money just like all the others I've tried. It stays thick - no matter how lightly you try to apply it, it doesn't melt into your skin but clumps up and is definitely not for fair-skinned people. I tried a light to medium concealer but it makes my skin look orange. I contacted the seller and told him about these things before posting this review but he refused to reply. For the next product I think.
