Very elegant, easy to use and one of the few cup warmers available at 50c so I bought it. I received it today and it's easy to use. Now the annoying part. Every time I pick up the cup and put it down again, it's set to a lower level, so I have to keep pressing the button. Good news: on the highest setting, my cup feels very warm (it has a slight rim at the bottom and the contents stay warm, but the liquid isn't hot enough. I seem to like my tea warmer than the recommended 135 Degree). Q. Tomorrow I will start with very hot tea and observe the tea with a thermometer for 45 minutes and then decide whether to return it.
