Quality Spring Pan for Even Baking

I was talking about buying a springform pan. I already had a round cake pan and spraying it with nonstick spray made it easy to flip the cake. The problem is that you're eating the bottom of the cake, which is now on top, which you may or may not care about. This springform pan comes in handy because 1) your cake is in the right orientation; 2) You don't have to risk your cake crumbles because you don't have to flip it; 3) The non-stick coating ensures you have nice edges when opening the clasp. It is thick and heavy because it has a steel core. This will ensure even heating of the bottom and sides of the cake. The clasp stays closed and is easy to open. I currently have cutlery and utensils from Cuisinart and Calphalon, two quality brands that serve me well, which is why I usually buy these brands for my kitchen utensils. This is another quality product from Calphalon to add to your kitchen. highlighted.
