Followed exact instructions but melted/deformed
Please spend more money and choose higher quality. We followed the exact instructions carefully, but the product was badly deformed/melted in less than 20 seconds after 30 seconds of cooking. Yes, we have set the timer and are confident that this product is defective as we did not get past the very first prep phase. This was an extreme disappointment and I encourage everyone to take this honest review and make an informed decision in choosing another product like this.
