I love this scale. It is very easy to use when you deliver books, clothes, etc. that are sold online. I like the hold feature which allows me to weigh an item, take it off the scale and still see the final weight. This scale has simplified online sales and delivery processes. I no longer have to go to the post office to weigh the packages and then ship them. I can do all this from home and just print stamps.

It has been working fine for 4 months and now suddenly it thinks 8 ox packs are 2 pounds and 11 ounce packs are 4 pounds. I've tried setting "tare" to zero but it will be zero, empty, and then put a light package in and it will weigh up to 4 pounds. So suddenly it's completely useless :( My last scale lasted about 5 years until I broke it by dropping it, so I'm hoping things like this last longer than 4 months.

UPDATE: The first scale I received was simply invalid. It had a button that was set incorrectly and it didn't calibrate itself. Clearly a defect and should not have gotten past their quality control.
