These brackets seem to do the trick, they were pretty rough cast and don't feel like aluminum to me. Based on how soft they are and the texture I think they are zinc rather than aluminum. I have to sand the burrs on one side and they came off very easily with a dremel and didn't even bother enough to heat up the clamp. I have some from other manufacturers and the effort of grinding down those lugs heated them up so much it was difficult to keep the strut in place. They measured 19.7 x 19.7 x 16.8 for me and required a firmware clean. I was expecting this though as they have to eliminate something in production to be able to sell them for less money than others. I will most likely buy them again if I have to without assuming I won't take a break.
