Review on HUE HD Pro USB Document Camera: Visualize and Share with Windows, macOS, and Chrome OS (Blue) by Bill Roberts

When I first got this camera I thought it was pretty good. It was just a headache to set up on my computer as the website didn't recognize one of my keys (make sure you write them both down. The second one is needed if the wording suggests it might not). But that first problem should have been a warning. I bought this camera because I am a teacher teaching online due to the current COVID virus. I need to be able to shoot videos for my 4th grade. The first few videos were great (after figuring out how to deal with not being able to rotate a picture). The edges of the frame are a little blurry, but otherwise the video and sound are crisp. There's no autofocus, which is good because the camera doesn't lose focus when I move my hands around the frame. BUT. then the disturbances started. The camera stopped showing the video stream on my monitor, but the meter still registered what I was recording. No, I was not. So I only had half of the video and had to redo the other half. The next error was that the video showed up as a recording and was visible, but half wasn't processed. OK, one more time. I had to do a remake. Now it happened all the time. Just recently I made a video, suddenly I couldn't see it on my monitor, but the counter still registered. Thinking it was the same error as before, I stopped and saved the recording. Well, this time when I went to preview, the program said the video is in an unsupported format. What to expect?!? "You" put it in this format. How can your video be in a format you don't support? I am tired. I lost many (very) several hours of sleep due to these crashes. I think it must be a software problem but it's very annoying because I just downloaded this software! It shouldn't be updated. So it must just be bad programming. What really stinks is that this video was great and now I have to redo it all. and it may not save again. By the time I go to bed it's 3am and a few hours later I have to get up to "meet" my class. So frustrating.
