This zester is longer than most and easier to use.

Zester is well made. When you're done, rinse it off like you would any cester. It's also easier to use than the shorter ones. I put it in a bowl or on top of a bowl where I pour the raisin. This cester is sharp and doesn't require much pressure. Economical, highly recommended.
