hard to meet
I would not recommend it. I bought them for my son who started walking early (9 months) and had small feet. They are incredibly difficult to put on and we tried 3 different sizes, up to 1.5 sizes larger than his regular shoes. It took about 10-15 minutes to finally put them on and I have to say my son was able to put them on easily and his feet stayed dry but it wasn't worth the effort.
- Good quality boots.
