Goes well with Viking VDSC485 pan

Looks like a great product. Bought for a customer and installed yesterday. Fits perfectly on a Viking VDSC 485 pan and I love that it fits between the side edges so it's down and away from the burners next to the pan. The only gripe: I wish the manufacturer had softened all the edges a bit - they're crisp and sharp, which is a bit uncomfortable and potentially painful. I didn't realize it until I removed the clear packaging at a customer's and next time I get it for someone I might sand the edges a bit.
