The pillow was OK. I tried for several weeks to get use to it. I would expect for a certain amount of time to get use to it. I only had 30 days to return it. So, I contacted the manufacturer. They said that I had to go through Best Buy.So you really do not have 100 days but 30.Luckily, I chatted with a person at Best Buy and they started a return for me. If this happens to you done give up. Best Buy can help.
