The ability to see the impact of a change to a metric and the opportunity to understand it. Push Intelligence has allowed us to quickly respond to any business need in order to reduce service time and enhance customer experience. As I've said, the ability to see metric changes and impact right away, has helped us make quicker decisions, and reduce waiting time for customers. It also helps us improve service time in our business. I like how easy it is to use, very intuitive! There are no buttons or menus in between steps of using this software so there's nothing for me not understand at first glance (or even second). It would be nice if they had some more features but overall great tool with lotsa potential!! We're able monitor our website traffic which has been extremely helpful as we've seen an increase over time since implementing metric insights into one place rather than multiple spreadsheets/tools etc..
