Fit as above. I'm 5ft 4in, 120lbs, 32C bust, I bought the medium and love the fit. I'm on vacation right now and have been sitting on the beach with my son and husband in the sun for an hour. After removing the top my back is RED! It didn't protect me like I said. Please be careful when using this as UV protection! I am disappointed that this product did not help my sun protection. I would have been better off without a top or regular t-shirt, now I have a red, sore back.
