Mine is broken. I guess the issues I had was because it was broken, but it made me reconsider the light mat I received. The lightbar's screen is cracked, as is the bezel in various places. I tried using it anyway to get a feel for it, and the panel would change brightness and often turn itself off if you touched the panel anywhere on the frame (and no, I didn't accidentally press the power button). It was annoying. I have therefore decided finding a button with a physical power button and no touch button on the front of the frame. Obviously a refund as it was broken but not exchanged. I'll find something else. The brightness was great when it was on. Low was the best for diamond painting. The size is great!
