I bought this CD player three months ago. If you are considering buying this you should first get yourself a nicer pair of headphones, the ones that come with them are just killer on your ears. Secondly, within a month of receiving the locking mechanism broke and now opens haphazardly - an annoying hindrance. Of course it hit this player pretty hard - I'm not the nicest master. But in general it looks pretty crappy - it's plastic, not metal. Also (side note) the volume is really annoying, it doesn't go nearly as high as I would like and it's way too loud. Anti-Skip is a memory function of this player. I've never had passports; that works great. Despite the fact that for $60 there are better options. I would recommend some of the other similarly priced Panasonic players, of course Sony's are usually good too. I actually really liked the Sony D-EJ100PS (I stole it from my girlfriend on vacation), it's much smaller, it has a much longer battery life and it doesn't (never) turn off either. Its downside is that it also has a low volume problem. *shrugs* maybe it's me.
