Review on 🌑️ ThermoPro TP52 Indoor Thermometer & Humidity Gauge with LCD Display & Backlight by Adam Rogers

Seems to work well, simple device

Look, all I have is an old hygrometer/thermometer my dad owned from the early 70's. It has hands on a numbered dial resembling a clock, one for humidity and one for temperature. If you're in your 50s like me, you know what I'm talking about. It's a bulky old device that I have to put on my reading glasses to be able to see it. But the old girl still works, although I have no idea if she is correct. I was really looking for something more compact and easy to read. After several weeks of using the Thermo Pro side by side with the old Bessy, both show the same readings. I think the backlight is very nice and the magnet/stand on the back is also practical. Basically, my convection gas stove is killing my sinuses and tropical houseplants this winter, so I like to keep my bedroom humidified before bed so I can get the humidifier setting right. Most of the time when I'm feeling dry or notice too much static in the air and I look at my Thermo Pro it tells me exactly that the humidity is too low. Comfortable "rainbow" graphics are also very useful.

Pros
  • High marks for support and durability from testers
Cons
  • Not as thick as other options
