Known defect. - Accessories and Consumables
After ordering the product I received two emails that the product may be defective with a phone number to contact if it is not working. When it arrived I found that it was out of order, the party called could not hear me. Too much inconvenience for me to return it for the proposed exchange. It annoys me that the defect warning only came after the purchase. A product may not be placed on the market without reference to its limited compatibility. My phone is AT&T.
