Unreliable and unstable
The shock function didn't work at all for the first week and then randomly started working 1-2 days a week after my cat started barking/squeaking and trying to get the collar off while her back is spasmodic. After that I just used the beep and vibrate functions but then the buttons on the remote don't seem to work anymore because it takes a few clicks and even shaking and banging the remote against something for one of the buttons to work for switching functions or intensity. levels.
