Immediate difference

I chose this for my 2001 Dakota R/T. I had a leaking throttle body gasket and thought why not just buy a gasket kit and I'm glad I did. First, the gasket kit includes everything you need. Two gaskets, longer bolts with lock washers, matching sticker under the hood and of course the spacer itself. The gaskets were in the documentation so if you think there's a short if you don't see it right away don't worry, they are there. The gasket was very smooth with no burrs or sharp edges and the red color matches some of the factory bracket colors elsewhere in the engine compartment. Installation took about 15 minutes including cleaning the throttle body. The documentation suggests that the kickdown or throttle and cruise control cables may need to be adjusted, but I didn't have to. I immediately noticed a difference in torque and throttle response. In terms of horsepower and gas mileage, the increase seems fairly nominal, but I'll take what I can get. From what I understand this is a great addition to any vehicle. It's a win-win, you can't go wrong with the benefits you get, and setup is as easy as it gets.
