I waited for a review until I used it for a while but it met my expectations and more. I still use it to shave my hair, but it's a lot less common and I didn't have to pluck it as often as I used to. I felt like I was plucking my hair every day and I had very coarse hair on my chin. They're gone and sometimes hard to find, they're so soft. I started using gels but like other reviewers I stopped using them. I've used an eyebrow and a round cap and haven't replaced them yet (they're expensive to replace). I haven't tried pads on any part of my body other than my face, but maybe someday I'll get the situation under control. The last time I was in the salon I didn't actually wax which was a first for me and my stylist wanted to know what the product was so she could get it. I would definitely recommend this. I have shaved my lips between my eyebrows and chin as recommended for best results.
