I like how easy it is to use. I especially love the customer service. They are always helpful and quick in answering questions or helping with an issue I am having. Sometimes it can be hard to find what you are looking for, but they are always willing to help! The best thing about this program is that it is very user friendly. This makes it so much easier to use than other programs out there. I would recommend using the demo version first to see if you will enjoy using the product. A lot of times people think it is complicated because it does look technical. Once you get used to it, it's a super simple way to do your printing. We have been able to decrease our turnaround time from several days to just a few hours. It's really helped us improve our efficiency.
