Great software - does everything you want

I like using it because its easy to use, fast speed & accuracy in producing cost reports as well have other benefits which would be difficult if not impossible with out-sourced companies such printing services or newspaper publishers etc.. Nothing at this time and i can't think anything negative about any part of presimater product line so far except maybe one thing but its no major issue either way great solution!   • Easy enough even an everyday user who is newish could figure thingsout quickly.
  • The abilityto make estimates from multiple sources into 1 estimateis helpful when you're given many different quotes/invoices allfrom separate resources
  • Great interfaceand appearance; looks professionalas needed without being too muchlike something else we currentlyuse (which happens frequently)

  • Not having access tothe system fulltime due topurchasing restrictions

Very User Friendly Program And Great Customer Service

I like how easy it is to use. I especially love the customer service. They are always helpful and quick in answering questions or helping with an issue I am having. Sometimes it can be hard to find what you are looking for, but they are always willing to help! The best thing about this program is that it is very user friendly. This makes it so much easier to use than other programs out there. I would recommend using the demo version first to see if you will enjoy using the product. A lot of…

Great Job Estimating Software: Presstimator

I like how easy it was to set up all my jobs in one program, but with many different options depending upon job type (single page or multi-page) as well setting your own pricing level which can then be adjusted by client via an online feed back system once printing starts - really helps control over spending! A great tool that makes estimating much easier

I like how easy it is to use, especially once you learn what buttons are used where in order to get exactly what you need. It's not very intuitive at first so definitely have someone who knows this program help set up your templates/settings if needed. We were using an older version of Prestimator previously but upgraded when we did because we found some features we wanted weren't available yet (like variable font sizes). Our main problem was trying to figure out which fonts would work best…
