Review on ZIG Mangaka Assortment Set for Cartoonists - Pack of 8 by Mike Bray

I've always been old-fashioned when it comes to the drawing tools I use when working on my cartoon projects. I have worked with pen inks for many years and prefer Gillott and Speedball pens. I've wanted to try a drawing pen with liquid ink for a long time and when I saw this set I decided to give it a try. I have to admit these pens are fantastic. I love the fact that there are eight different sizes including two flexible brush styles for all my line and lettering needs. Of course, flexible pens aren't as flexible as using a brush, but I've never really bothered with a brush anyway, so these two pens gave me something I really didn't have before. The black ink is truly black and waterproof. The handles feel comfortable and are well balanced in my hand. I don't know if I'll ever give up my pens, but this is a great alternative when I want to take my sketchbook and pens to the park or when I travel. I highly recommend these crayons!
