I have a Bell Hitchbiker 450 bike rack that I have been using for 4 years now. The rubber bands are beginning to break, but Bell does not sell replacement rubber bands. I bought this belt based on the good reviews. What a disappointment. The straps are much softer than Bell straps, so they need to be stretched a lot more. When I tighten the strap like Bell does, those straps loosen and my bike almost falls off the stand. I did some more research and found that Curt Hitch makes the Bell bike rack. I ordered a Curt part number 18007 and found that the Curt strap is the same as the Bell strap.
