The lightbar was easy to install and connect. However, if you are not familiar with the wiring of auxiliary lighting in vehicles, you may have a small problem. There was no wiring diagram. A simple Google search will help you. You will need your own switch, wire and relay. I recommend purchasing a wiring harness if you don't already have one. The light bar could be a bit brighter, but it's great for my needs. If you need long-distance lighting, you need to buy spotlights. This applies to all light strip applications as the strips are not configured to illuminate the focal point. Light strips are long-range lighting. Also, I would advise you to mount the light bar on your car's bumper, not on the roof. When installed on the roof, so much light is projected onto the hood that you may be blinded. The design of this flashlight is extremely strong and durable. Very good materials for the price. For example, I was in a head-on collision a few months after installing the lightbar, and the lightbar took the brunt of it. The yoke it was mounted on was completely flattened and the bumper was bent beyond repair. But to my surprise, the lightbar was badly damaged (if you can call it damaged at all). Aside from some paint carried over from another car and a slightly bent heat fin at the rear, it was completely unscathed. All lamps work perfectly, like fresh out of the box. Also got a fancy new bumper to put the light bar back in. Excellent construction and materials used.
