Excellent protection

Used this on our new car before we drove 2400 miles. TL/DR, I will definitely buy again despite smaller comments. Application and removal - the product is easy to apply with the supplied roller (see tips). I found it easy to remove many weeks later (mostly), I just followed her instructions and sprayed it with water first to soften it. Basically, the high-pressure cleaner (with the appropriate fan attachment!) washed away pretty much everything in no time at all. Just a few stains were a hassle to remove the "leftovers". One bottle was more than enough to cover the front of our full size Infiniti SUV. Protection. It definitely provided more than enough protection from bugs and rock chips during our trip, so I'm happy with the purchase. The company is very open about how rain can affect paint adhesion, which is why I winced as we drove at highway speed through 5-6 hours of non-stop rain. Although I thought we were going to lose everything, I was pleasantly surprised that it actually just softened and turned milky white. We only lost a few small areas on the leading edges where the airflow should be more intense. This is where its protective aspect became apparent - I found a few minor dents from debris on the lower bumper where it blew off in the rain. There was a downpour early in our trip, and after that we walked through tons of gravel structures. Below that, however, all the areas that were still covered were 100% perfect - very satisfied! Tips - 1. Don't tape the panel gaps with thin taps of paint thinking they'll be easier to remove (ask me how I know). It doesn't work because it occupies good partitions - luckily I've only tried two such partitions. Just roll anything with paint, it pops out of the cracks real easy. 2. DO NOT apply it to polycarbonate headlights. It didn't mess anything up, it was just a royal pain to remove. 3. When you go on a long trip, keep something in a bottle, or take two bottles and keep them for mend in case of heavy rain. If only they could develop a rain protection formula, they would have the perfect temporary paint protection product. Until then, this is the next best thing.
