Clear Paint Protection Bulk 25 Inches Review

I used this on my MC to protect the paint when I put the passenger seat on. It's quite difficult to get the film to lie on the curve of the wing. I laid it in place before removing the backing, marked the creases and made a few snips to make sure it lay flat. Some. It's quite flexible, and if you work with it carefully, almost all of the bubbles will come out. I did pretty well. Looks good enough when I'm not a passenger airbag.

Looks like a pretty solid product. I put it on the hood of my tractor to keep the hose lines from wearing down the paint on the hood. Installation was easy. I washed the spot where I stuck the sticker. The wetter the area, the better! The water will help you position the decal and remove any air bubbles. I'll update my post after a few hours of use on my tractor. These hydraulic lines rest on the hood so it takes a long time to see how this product holds up.

I bought this to put on a set of HOV clean air vehicle decals because they "self-destruct" if you have to remove them and leave a lot of glue and residue. I used this to protect my roof rack clip paint as my 17 WRX doesn't have the 'regular' roof rack bolt attachment. I have never done this before, it is very easy to apply and almost imperceptible. I bought this to protect my bike frame from leaning on bike racks and the occasional scratches you inevitably get from metal U-locks. A 6 x 25 inch roll was enough to cover my top tube, down tube and chainstay (FYI my bike has standard 2 inch steel tubing). And I had plenty left over to use cable chafes. I'm glad I didn't pay more than twice to get one of the pre-cut bike protectors. I really appreciate that I can crop the film to fit your frame instead of putting the wrong pre-cut film on top.
