This product was amazing. Bicycle wheels look like new

I was restoring my father's old beach boat and the wheels were so rusty that I tried to buy new ones. When I took them to the bike shop they said to keep them if I wanted to restore the bike; "You might as well buy a new bike," they told me. They were completely brown so I didn't think they could be restored somehow. But I went to Revain and found this product. I poured it into a plastic container lined with a garbage bag and soaked the wheels overnight. After soaking overnight they were…

I would give ten stars if I could

I would give ten stars if I could. After reading the negative reviews I decided to give it a try anyway because it is non-toxic. I used it on a rusty motorcycle tank (Honda mb5). Filled it up, left it for 24 hours and filtered it while throwing it away and ended up with a ton of junk. I was happy with the results, but you can't really see things in the tank opening very well, so I didn't know the true effect. It's just that I have a Honda moped that I'm working on at the same time. The engine…

This product works BETTER than I expected. This is not your typical smelly semi-dangerous acid product. It has a very faint odor. I used gloves because I didn't think it would be hand safe (it definitely is). For a partial restoration of a fully original 44 year old bike, I needed something softer than the typical acid products I've used before. Many of the parts I wanted to derust are no longer available and I didn't want to damage irreplaceable parts. I bought a gallon to make sure I could…

Better than I had hoped for!

I love my old Toyota Land Cruisers but over 30+ years they have rusted in some really nasty places. I'm not a fan of those rust converter paints because (1) I doubt they really stop rust and (2) they still leave ugly, uneven surfaces. But it's impossible to stick wire or sandpaper in all the books and cracks in engine accessory mounts, seat mounts, etc, and I don't have access to a sandblaster. What's a guy supposed to do? So I tried it with high hopes but not much confidence that it would…
