I liked the music quality and convenience, as well as BT5.0 and USB-C charging. The battery life is solid and easy to connect and use. Some people call the controls complicated, and while I agree that the play/pause button isn't well done, after a few days I got used to it and it was mostly fine. I contacted support for help resolving my issues. None of them were available. I am returning this product in no particular order for the following reasons. I don't recommend you buy these unless they are less than $100 or you are ok with issues.1. ANC is switched on and off with the push of a button and the purple LED lights up. You have a second or two if the sound goes away while this works. Or maybe it turns off. There is no indication on the headphones or in the app that ANC is on or off. the light still turns purple. You can guess based on the ambient noise, but you never know! There is no known fix for this or support had no input.2. ANC appears to be enabled for calls with something they call self-monitoring. It transmits ambient noise so you can hear yourself and not be too loud. Also, I only hear everything except the bell. The ring tone falls below ambient noise, even when you're working in the kitchen or performing tasks where a speakerphone might get in the way. As a result, they are useless to me when making calls and I'm redirected to the headset I'm trying to replace. He might as well have no call options at all. As far as support has said there will be no patches or fixes.3. If you connect this to 2 devices e.g. your phone and laptop, be careful to disconnect when you move out of range of 1 device. When you walk or go for a walk, you need to turn off the headphones, then turn them back on and connect to 1 device (out of range of another device). Otherwise you will end up hearing a nice British voice saying "Disabled" every 5 seconds. No, the device doesn't reconnect when it comes back in range, at least I can't reliably detect it. It's not a solution either, although it's entirely software. Do they fit in that sense? For around $100 I'd probably keep them, but for calls I need a second headset of the same type, making them pretty much useless if the other set has noise-cancelling and decent sound. Perhaps there are no better headphones in this price range in terms of functionality. I appreciate USB C. The included audio cable works well, although it can be short for large jobs. Battery life is excellent as I used maybe 4 days in a row with extended use before charging but not because they needed to be charged. They are comfortable on my head, although some might find the top band a bit flimsy.
