Noise canceling is almost non-existent at this price. I've had them for a few days and am still having trouble telling the difference and there is no sign of them being on or off. The sound quality is pretty flat, like listening to Bose, you can tweak it for more bass or treble, but the sound is more distorted. I'll start with a summary - I'm sending it back because they don't work with Bluetooth transmitters that use aptx LL to watch TV. What I like about them - They sound great. I listened to music and watched videos on my laptop, both wired and wireless. You sound really good. ANC is fine. Nothing fancy, but it does a good job of blocking out constant humming noises like a blower, vacuum, etc. But it doesn't compare to ANC in headphones like the Bose QC35 II or even the comparable price Sony H910N.
