Ratings are correct.

I read all reviews before purchasing. I wanted to replace my current on-ear Bluetooth headphones. My main use is watching movies both on PC and on my Smart TV. Bluetooth 5 and Aptx are therefore mandatory. I also wanted noise cancellation because my TV room has a metal roof. So when it rains it's noisy. I also didn't want touch controls like all expensive headphones because I use them in bed and don't want my pillow hitting a touchpad. The sound quality is very good. But that's where the pros…

But great headphones.

I use it to listen to music and make phone calls. Overall great quality headphones: Pros: App to adjust bass/treble - great for most audiophiles but I haven't used them (some say the app isn't great). Aesthetically pleasing - minimalist design looks good. Sound quality - very good, although I can't say much because I'm not an expert. Comfortable - I can easily wear it for many hours (although others have complained that it's too tight, but I have a small head). The 30 hour battery life is a…

Not very good headphones

Noise canceling is almost non-existent at this price. I've had them for a few days and am still having trouble telling the difference and there is no sign of them being on or off. The sound quality is pretty flat, like listening to Bose, you can tweak it for more bass or treble, but the sound is more distorted. They sound better or clearer in the middle, probably where they were intended. To be honest they sound like in the $50-$75 range. I think they increased the price of NC which is hardly…

As not a music lover or Sennheiser fan, just a regular listener:

These headphones are very good. 30 hour battery life, ANC, low latency, user-friendly design. I will answer most complaints in other reviews. Active noise cancellation is great for $150 headphones, but expensive headphones from Microsoft, Sony, or Bose that probably cost $200-400 will knock them out of the water. But it works and it blocks the noise. Most Effective: Repetitive noises such as car, train, plane, air conditioner, etc. It blocks voices, but not as much. You can definitely hear…

Other options worth considering

I liked the music quality and convenience, as well as BT5.0 and USB-C charging. The battery life is solid and easy to connect and use. Some people call the controls complicated, and while I agree that the play/pause button isn't well done, after a few days I got used to it and it was mostly fine. I contacted support for help resolving my issues. None of them were available. I am returning this product in no particular order for the following reasons. I don't recommend you buy these unless they…

Useless for TV. AptX LL does not work.

I'll start with a summary - I'm sending it back because they don't work with Bluetooth transmitters that use aptx LL to watch TV. What I like about them - They sound great. I listened to music and watched videos on my laptop, both wired and wireless. You sound really good. ANC is fine. Nothing fancy, but it does a good job of blocking out constant humming noises like a blower, vacuum, etc. But it doesn't compare to ANC in headphones like the Bose QC35 II or even the comparable price Sony H910N.

The Sennheiser HD450 BT is the successor to the 4.50. it's an improvement in every way. comfort. The 450 BT has a thin headband, but it didn't dig into my head at all. It's all plastic, but it's well constructed and folds down to a very compact size. The only thing I would have liked was slightly wider earcups, but I know plenty of people I know who have tried on these headphones of different builds and none of them felt that comfort was an issue. To be honest it's nothing I can't live with and
