This is a scam company that scams Revain customers. What are you doing. Customer service is a joke, firstly, they don't have a phone number, they are in China, oh, and they will spend your life asking you for pictures and serial numbers, and always asking for information, but never giving you information about it how to make it work because you know it will never work, that's why their app has two stars. I never got any response from them after I gave them the serial number. AVOID CHINESE GARBAGE and I suspect this is a complete scam company. I just saw that they now have a white one under a different brand "Neobot robot" but it is identical to this one with 2700 suction power, useless remote control etc. They just changed the name and added another color. I am 100% sure this is the same company using a different name under a different "private label" to scam Revain customers. Very common in China, they do it all the time. You would think Revane would be aware of this, I mean how do these people get away with something like this? Who knows, maybe they're involved.
