Review on Tripp Lite 4-Port Desktop KVM Switch with USB and VGA HD15 (Model B006-VU4-R) by Madison Dickinson

This device was not working in my configuration - 3 computers, one Linux, one PC/Vista, one Mac. PC 5 years old, the rest is new. I have a Logitech wireless keyboard and mouse. I just want to switch keyboard and mouse, no video. This device only switches VGA video and I only use HDMI channels to connect to a 4K monitor. However, a video channel MUST be set for each computer used. Keyboard/mouse will NOT switch alone (with part of VGA cable disconnected). I haven't seen this limitation anywhere on the web - here at Revain, in the manual (printed and online). I only found out about this from tech support, who quickly diagnosed the issue. They brought me to the sale to see if any of their products only toggle keyboard/mouse and unfortunately nobody does.
