Partial selection by color. At first I thought it was white, but then I realized that the pink around the edge is the light that shows it's on! cool I really like it now! ...well I have a story to add....I had to temporarily move things around my desk....I "temporarily" installed a table fan on the coffee warmer without thinking about the weight sensor. After doing my business, I left the room. After a few hours I had the smell of melting plastic again! Completely ruined both the fan and the heater. I liked the heater so much that I bought another one. I'd rather leave the mug on the heating pad all night or over the weekend than put something like that on top. So I got a new one to replace the broken one ;)
