Review on Power Performance Products Body Effects by Matt Pratt

I was compelled to review this product as it met all of the advertised specifications. recommended it was about 6 months ago. The results were amazing! I lost 20cm in my abs and it kickstarted my workout and took it to the next level. I WORKOUT REALLY HAPPY! (I've been obese for 30 years. I never thought I'd say those words.) I had weight loss surgery 18 months ago and lost 105 pounds. However, I am "work in progress", I still have about 50 kilos more until I reach my goal. I HAVE to exercise every day. 30 min.min. Using Body Effects increases my energy levels and mood which gives me an extra boost. I've found that I have more energy to put all my energy into my workout and to enjoy the feeling of "feel good" (maybe that feel good can only be attributed to the exercise but if I haven't used the body effects ). something is missing) I use the product twice a day according to the instructions. What I like is that I feel ENERGY but not HOLD. If you are looking for a product to help you lose/manage/maintain weight, or just "take your workout up a notch", then I believe this is the "ticket".
