I was a little worried about the anchor's conical locking latching in the hole and how much it would move before it entered the hole and locked. After drilling a 1/4" hole in concrete, the cone lock has a slight friction against the hole and requires a light tap with a hammer to lock it in the hole. I tightened the two nuts on top of the threads to keep the hammer from damaging the threads. Once fully installed, the conical anchor immediately engages the wall of the hole and provides a secure hold with no noticeable movement before snapping and locking the conical Anchors Very happy with the way they worked.
