I would like to update my review, contacted Solom and after some discussion sent the cameras back. The lady I dealt with should have sent more. They were never sent. But the company's customer service contacted me after seeing this review and offered to do whatever I wanted to fix the problem. I was offered to send updated versions - I decided to return the money, not because I didn't like the cameras, but because I felt that the situation was dragging on. I had no idea the first lady I was dealing with had left the company - I get it, anything can happen. But I want everyone to know that the company stands behind their product, just contact customer service. I changed the rating to 3 stars because of their efforts to make this sale satisfactory. These cameras worked great until the rainy season started. Set up was easy - picture quality was amazing - sound was great and night vision was great too! Then it started raining on the reeds - I started taking blurry pictures, then one turned black. We took them off and heard water in what had turned black. The other one that was blurry has moisture in the lens. Although I bought them last December we didn't install them until June of this year so I called the company as they were supposed to be under warranty. Well, unless we paid a tech $69.99 over the phone to identify the 'problem', there's nothing else they can do. The person I spoke to, Kevin, was pretty happy I had faulty cameras and wrote a bad review. As a result, we found the after-sales service from their warranty department to be terrible. They don't return their one-year defective camera warranty. We are really very disappointed. Everything about the cameras before that was great.
